The topic of the trial session will be “Critical Thinking.” Through interactive discussions on real business cases, participants will discover what Critical Thinking is and how it’s one of the most important 21st century skills for workplaces. By trying to solve problems in this session, participants will also understand their own pitfalls and biases in business.

Jake Pratley
Education MBA, Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University, Japan BA in Journalism, University of QueenslandJake Pratley is a director at GLOBIS Asia Pacific, responsible for expanding Japan’s No.1 MBA and corporate training offerings across the region. He has over 15 years of experience in professional education with a focus on business development, faculty management, and global program delivery. At GLOBIS, he has led the global expansion of the English MBA programs, launched new learning products, and streamlined operations to support scalable, globally accessible learning experiences.
Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Queensland and an MBA from GLOBIS University, graduating with the Award for Academic Excellence in 2017. In 2024, he completed the Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning executive education program at Harvard Business School.
