Facilitation and negotiation skills are essential in today’s fast-paced, global business environment. Both skills can increase productivity and trigger new opportunities for your organization amidst the VUCA era. In today’s environment, there is simply no time for non-constructive meetings that do not bring value to your business.

Upon completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand how to structure productive meetings and how to manage discussion processes
  • Encourage members and unlock their potential through dialogue. Listen, elicit, and manage output in discussions to help your team achieve its goals
  • Manage digressions, conflicts, and disagreements between parties that arise in discussions
  • Overcome barriers to successful negotiations through value-creating and trust-building techniques

Through a variety of case studies, you will be introduced to a number of frameworks and practice them via roleplay while receiving feedback from lecturers and fellow participants. Entirely taught and conducted in English, you will master soft skills and convert them into tangible business results in a friendly and dynamic global learning atmosphere.

Our Facilitation and Negotiation course will be delivered live online for sessions 1, 2, 3 and 5 and in a hybrid format (simultaneous on-site at Asok and online) for sessions 4 and 6. For the hybrid sessions, the choice whether to join on-site or online is yours.
