Event Overview

Event Overview
How does Japanese management differ from approaches in other countries? What can we learn from these differences, and how is Japanese management evolving today?

Stefan Sacre, a GLOBIS Partner Faculty member with extensive executive experience across Japanese and global organizations, will share real business episodes and perspectives on Japanese management through a global and comparative lens.

Following the keynote, Takashi Tsutsumi, CEO of GLOBIS Asia Pacific, will moderate a dialogue with Stefan, drawing on his extensive experience working with corporate clients and delivering training across the region, particularly in Thailand. The dialogue will explore Stefan’s perspectives further and connect them with the realities of management and leadership in Thailand and across the region.

The session will then open to an extended, interactive Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions directly, engage with the speakers, and explore what these perspectives might mean in their own context.

At this seminar, you will:
・Explore Japanese management through a global and comparative lens
・Gain perspectives from executive experience and the realities of business in Thailand and the region
・Engage directly with the speakers and reflect on ideas relevant to your own work, team, or organization
